Tracker
AI mention tracker
Most “AI mention trackers” want a keyword list, a crawl, and a dashboard with twenty prompts. Mentionmill tracks one question: the one a customer would type. We run it on ChatGPT and Perplexity. You see who got named. If you save it, we run it again next week.
That is narrower on purpose. A shop does not need a wall of queries to decide what to do on Tuesday. They need to know if “plumber in Austin” named them, who else is on the list, and which hosts were cited. The next move is three steps, not a new software category.
The free check needs no account. Your brand plus the prompt. The paid plan is $29/month for that same prompt: weekly re-run, email when Named or Not named changes or when other names appear, and history you can open after you log in. Cancel from Settings. The account stays.
Tracking does not mean we change the model. We do not submit your site to ChatGPT. We do not buy a mention. We re-ask the question and read the names. These steps don’t guarantee you’ll get named. If a month of checks is paused, the screen says so. We do not invent a live Named.
Agencies can run a client prompt here and send the verdict. If you later need a second prompt, that is a later plan — not a feature we hide behind a 15-prompt upsell today. For the weekly angle, see the weekly AI mention check. For the tool itself, run it below.
Tracking without a first check is theater. Run the free pass. Read Named or Not named. Then decide if the watch is worth $29. The account shows the last verdict, This week, and history. Settings cancels the plan without closing the login.
We do not track persons. We track a prompt you typed. Results vary by person and place anyway. The tracker is honest about that. If you wanted a crawl of the whole city, this is the wrong mill.
